** Other towns will be considered, based on patient need and agency resources.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHO PAYS

Reimbursement for our services is arranged through insurance carriers as well as Medicaid. Coverage is dependent on the individual’s plan. Private payment is accepted and free care is available to eligible patients. United Way Funding is also available to eligible patients.

Congenital Heart Disease	Perinatal complications (newborns) admitted to nursery,SCN, or NICU)

Skilled assessment and management of infants/children needing specialized services

Skilled assessment and management of infants and children with

Cast	Respiratory therapy (including oxygen, humidification, or aerosol bronchodilators)
Colostomy/ostomy	G-tube/ng-tube/j-tube
IV Therapy (including antibiotics)	Wounds
