Home Health Care

Expert, loving care. We bring it home.

Welcome to the VNA of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire

It is our sincere pleasure to be invited into your home and homes across Southern New Hampshire. Since its inception in 1897, the VNA has earned a proud reputation for helping over all of those years, and evolving to meet the current needs of our communities.

You will find our staff dedicated to partnering with you in your care. They come with a great deal of experience and expertise in caring for a wide range of needs in the home setting. Whether you are a new mom needing reassurance and a helping hand, recovering from surgery, needing education on how to live with a new diagnosis, needing rehabilitation from a new knee or hip, or in need of hospice care, we can help.

Board of Trustees

Since 1987, the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Manchester & Southern New Hampshire has been providing high quality, compassionate care to those in need. Throughout that time, VNA has been fortunate to have dedicated volunteers to serve on their Board of Trustees, providing direction and supporting our mission and purpose. From the early years when we were founded as ‘The District Nursing Association of Manchester, NH’, by the Women’s Auxiliary of the City Missionary Society of Manchester, the Board has charted the course for our future.
